Matt Litty

Singer/songwriter Matt Litty has an affinity for the straight talk and honest messages of traditional country music, but he's also a fan of contemporary musicianship and sensibility. Litty, a native of Wisconsin whose introduction to country came through hearing the sounds of such greats as Johnny Cash on record, has a strong, energetic and passionate sound. His tunes effectively illustrate his knowledge of country' roots and history. But like many other artists who know the road to stardom is a tough one, his love for the music is balanced by his awareness of the obstacles all upcoming and independent artists face.
Litty has already shared the stage with several of country's top performers, among them such veterans as Johnnie Lee and Doug Stone. He's appeared in locales as diverse as country festivals in the Wisconsin hills and venues in Las Vegas and Memphis. He's featured on the back cover of "Country Weekly" magazine, a spot that's among the most coveted in Music City journalistic circles and one that he calls “another fulfillment of a dream.”

Rock the Flock

From Rock the Flock: "Imagine a room packed with students. A song with a great beat thumps through a 4,800 watt JBL/QSC sound system. A fine mist is in the air. Colored LED flood lights paint the floor, walls and ceiling. Special effect lights pulse and move to the beat of the music. A 9’ projection screen shows the artist that’s playing, live in concert. High energy and interaction best describe Rock the Flock's youth dances. Students expect the latest in special effect lighting as well as a kickin’ sound system. We combine that with a variety of other creative activities to produce a fun and memorable experience."
